Welcome to Showy Graphics (operating as Showy and ShowyDecals). By accessing our website, placing an order, or utilizing our custom printing and graphic services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Payment Terms
Production or design work on all orders will only commence after a minimum 50% upfront deposit is cleared. For long-term or regular corporate clients, alternative payment timelines may be discussed at our discretion. Showy Graphics does not offer credit lines; full outstanding balances must be cleared upon completion or before final dispatch.
2. Design, Samples, and Proof Approvals
To avoid any errors, all design approvals must be explicitly confirmed in writing via email or text message (such as WhatsApp). Once written approval is given, the customer assumes full responsibility for the layout, spelling, and design content. Please note that physical samples or custom pre-production proofs are not provided for free; all initial samples will incur separate production costs.
3. Production Timeline and Shipping
We do not adhere to a standard 5-7 business day shipping timeline. Production and delivery schedules depend entirely on the scale and technical complexity of each individual custom job, and specific timelines will be discussed and agreed upon during the quoting process. Furthermore, all shipping, delivery, or courier charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be inquired and calculated separately.
4. Order Cancellations and Refunds
A customer may cancel a custom job only if production, printing, or specialized material sourcing has not yet begun. If the job has not started, the 50% deposit will be fully refunded. Once physical production or custom processing has commenced, the order cannot be canceled, and the deposit becomes non-refundable to cover material and labor costs.
5. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Designs
As outlined in our Privacy Policy, various custom graphics and portfolio images displayed or modified by us utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhancement tools. Showy Graphics does not claim intellectual property rights over the original underlying base elements of these sample designs, and elements are presented purely to demonstrate our custom capabilities.
