FAQ
Q: Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: No, there is no minimum order quantity.
We accept both single custom items and large corporate bulk orders.
However, pricing is volume dependent: the higher your order quantity, the lower the unit price will be.
Q: What file formats do you require for artwork?
A: For logos, decals, and branding artwork, we strictly require vector files (such as .AI, .EPS, or vector PDF).
If you cannot provide a vector file, our team can vectorize it for you, but an additional graphic design fee will be added to the job.
For photographs or restorations, a high-resolution image in CMYK format at 300 DPI is sufficient.
Q: How long does it take to receive a design proof?
A: Typically, digital proofs take up to 3 business days depending on the complexity of the job.
For simple layouts sent over in the morning, we can often send the soft-copy proof back to you by the evening for your written approval.
Q: Can I bring or send my own items for printing?
A: Yes, customers can supply their own items, but we will only accept them upon physical inspection. Please note that the items must be of high quality; low-quality materials run a strict risk of cracking or completely shattering/exploding during our high-temperature firing process.
Q: What materials and surfaces can you print on?
A: We specialize in high-durability printing for ceramic, porcelain, glassware, terracotta, and borosilicate glass.
We do not print on metals or standard plastics at this time.
Q: How durable are your custom prints and decals?
A: Our prints utilize oxidized and reduction-fired pigments, meaning they are incredibly resilient and built to withstand direct UV sunlight exposure with only minute fading over time.
However, we do not guarantee against physical scratches or abrasive damage; if the surface material itself is gouged or chipped, it will disrupt the permanent chemical bond between the pigment and the object.
Q: How do you handle domestic shipping within Sri Lanka?
A: Domestic deliveries are handled via trusted local courier networks.
Shipping fees are determined entirely by the courier service based on the delivery location; we pass this cost directly to the customer with zero added profit margin.
Q: How do you handle international shipping?
A: For smaller international orders, we ship globally via DHL express courier.
For massive bulk or corporate orders, we coordinate through dedicated logistics providers and clearing agents.
International shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis depending entirely on the total dimensions and weight of the final crate.
